Ishiara Football Club has grown from a community team established in the late 1970s into a competitive football institution representing Mbeere North on the national stage.

Ishiara FC began as a community-based football team in the late 1970s, bringing together local players, supporters and leaders through a shared passion for football.
The club was formally registered with the Ministry of Sports in 2020 and is managed through a Board of Trustees overseen by the Patron and supported by the club membership.
Today, the senior team competes on the national stage while the youth team continues to develop emerging talent through county and local competitions.
