01Acquire a Club Bus
Acquire a dedicated Ishiara FC team bus to reduce travel costs, improve player and staff comfort and safety, strengthen the club identity and create opportunities for additional income.
02Facility Development
Improve the Mayo Stadium environment and playing surface through grass planting, upgraded training equipment and related facility development aimed at improving performance and reducing injury risk.
03Sports House & Income-Generating Projects
Establish a Sports House and club income-generating projects to expand product variety, improve brand visibility, centralize merchandise sales and strengthen supporter engagement.
04Fan Membership Retention & Growth
Grow and retain the Ishiara FC fanbase through membership packages, supporter benefits, community activities, affordable merchandise and stronger support for the club's active fan groups.
05Technology Adoption
Use digital communication, data collection and analysis tools to improve fan engagement, track performance and attendance, support decision-making and strengthen the club's technological capability.
06Strategic Partnerships
Build partnerships with local businesses, corporate sponsors, football and sports organizations, government institutions and the wider community to strengthen the club's sustainability and growth.
07Sporting Objective
Strengthen the sporting programme with the ambition to compete in the National Super League, develop a structured youth programme and expand the club's football pathway to include women's football.
